Who we are
Boston Renal is a specialist kidney and diabetes care centre operated by KHC Pvt. Ltd. ("Boston Renal", "we", "us") at 1st Floor, above Ratnadeep Supermarket, Lumbini Avenue, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032. This notice explains what personal data we collect through bostonrenal.com, why we collect it, who processes it for us and the choices you have.
It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us through it, by phone or on WhatsApp. The care you receive at the centre is covered by the consent and records practices explained to you there.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the appointment request form we collect your name, your mobile number, the kidney concern you select from the list, and your confirmation that we may contact you. When you call or message us on WhatsApp we receive your number and whatever you choose to tell us.
The concern you select is health-related information. We ask for it, with your consent, only so that the right member of the care team calls you back. You can choose "Other" if you prefer not to say.
Information collected automatically
If you accept analytics and advertising cookies in the banner, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tags record the pages you view, your approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site, for example a Google Ads click identifier or campaign parameters. If you decline, these tags run in a consent-denied mode that does not store cookies or build a profile of you.
We never send your name, your mobile number or the concern you selected to any advertising platform.
What we do not collect through this website
We do not collect payment details, test reports or documents through this website. The map in the Visit section loads from Google only when you choose to open it.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange an appointment, on the basis of your consent and the steps you have asked us to take.
- To keep a record of enquiries and call-backs in our customer relationship system so that you are not asked the same questions twice.
- To understand how the website is used and to measure advertising, with your consent, so that we spend sensibly.
- To meet our legal obligations, including record-keeping and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
Who processes it for us
- Minno, our website and CRM agency, which hosts the website and operates the system where enquiries are logged.
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts the website and the service that receives the form.
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads) and Meta (advertising measurement), only where you have accepted analytics and advertising cookies.
- WhatsApp (operated by Meta), when you choose to message us there.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside India. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you and then deleted, unless you become a patient, in which case your record is kept for as long as clinical records law requires. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the platforms above, currently 14 months for Google Analytics.
Your choices and rights
- Change your cookie choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; the banner will appear again on your next visit.
- Ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time, after which we will stop contacting you except where the law requires us to.
- Nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to do so yourself.
- Raise a grievance with the Grievance Officer below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, or any other competent authority.

Children
Our services are for adults. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should contact us on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions go to a private service, and access to enquiry records is limited to the staff who handle them.
