Ltd., trading as Boston Renal ("Boston Renal", "we", "us"), at 1st Floor, above Ratnadeep Supermarket, Lumbini Avenue, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Information, not medical advice

The content on this website is general information about kidney and diabetes care. It is not medical advice, it does not take your individual circumstances into account, and reading it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Decisions about assessment and treatment are made at a consultation, after clinical evaluation. Please read our Medical Disclaimer.

3. Appointment requests

• Submitting the request form, calling us or messaging us on WhatsApp is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm appointments by phone.
• Consultation fees, where applicable, are payable at the centre and will be told to you before your visit. Nothing on this website is an offer or a quotation.
• We may decline or redirect a request where our services are not suitable, for example where dialysis or hospital-based care is needed. Boston Renal does not provide on-site dialysis.
• Please give accurate details. Requests with false or incomplete details may not be actioned.

4. Emergencies

This website and our WhatsApp number are not emergency services and are not monitored outside centre hours. In an emergency call 112, or 108 for an ambulance, or go to the nearest emergency department.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website: not to submit false details, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or the systems behind it, not to copy it at scale, and not to use it in any way that is unlawful or that harms other users.

The Boston Renal name, logo, text, images and layout on this website belong to KHC Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.
